People eat different kinds of food to store energy inside their bodies. Without food people wouldn't have the energy to do their work. There are three kinds of food. First is the Go Foods.
Go foods are foods that has fats and carbohydrates like foods from fast food restaurants. Fries and Burgers are good examples of it. Second are the Grow Foods.
Grow foods are foods that gives us iron, calcium and protein which can be found on meats. Last is the Glow foods.
Glow foods are foods that comes from fruits and vegetables. Glow foods give the body vitamins and minerals that keeps us healthy and glowing.
